Here’s a little diddy for ya: MBAs are the highest paid postgraduates around the world. Sure, an MBA is for those blood sucking mongrols (and hey there isn’t anything wrong with making dough)…
BUT for you socially conscious/non-profit career path folks, don’t rule out an MBA so quickly. Social entrepreneurship is a budding field. Remember the 2006 nobel prize winner Muhammad Yunus? Well, microfinance has since spread like rapid fire and is a proven b-model. Grameen Bank, kiva.org, ring a bell?… anyone?…anyone?
